Do I need a visa for Egypt?
Most nationalities can get a visa on arrival or an e-visa. Tell us your passport and we will confirm what you need and, if you book our airport service, handle the arrival formalities for you.
Is Egypt safe for private travellers?
Tourist areas are well policed and our guests move only with our own drivers and guides. For those who want it, we arrange licensed security escorts.
How does payment work?
A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before arrival, by bank transfer or card. Terms are set out clearly with every quote.
What if my plans change?
Message your concierge at any hour and we adjust. Cancellation terms are stated on your quote so there are no surprises.
Are tips included?
Yes. Gratuities for drivers, guides and porters are included in your quote. Nobody will ask you for money during your trip.
