What we collect: the details you give us in the request form or on WhatsApp — your name, number, email if you add it, travel dates and what you need. Why: to reply to you and to arrange what you ask for. Who sees it: Seventy Seven and only the providers needed to deliver a specific service (for example a driver’s name and your arrival time). We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. You may ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the address below.

Terms

Seventy Seven is a concierge. Drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, clinics, security firms and other providers are independent businesses responsible for their own services. All services are quoted on request; a quote is confirmed only in writing. Payment and cancellation terms are set out with each quote.

Medical concierge

We arrange and coordinate appointments, transport and wellness visits. We do not provide medical advice or care. Care is provided by independent clinics and practitioners.

Security

Close protection is provided through licensed partners and offered only where a licensed partner and insurance are in place.
